And clearly explain why with replacing the old parts that was needed in a old 17 years furnace it would be the best to go with a new one with the rebate been given. Price was lower than others. Appreciated the extremely detailed explanation of the system we needed and the installation process. We were told the cage over the unit had to be removed for the install and the company would put it back afterwards. After the install, we were told it was pretty much for us to figure out. My hubby spoke with the owner the next day, who in turn immediately sent someone to replace the cage. Good customer service. I became ill at work and ended up in the hospital the day of the install, so I was grateful the process didn't take too long and was done before I was discharged. It is nice and cold downstairs again, just the way my husband likes it:) Would hire Apex again.

The company had great conversation leading up to the appointment. They sent texts couple days before, the day before, and when enroute. When they arrived I couldn’t speak to them much bc I have an infant and it was their nap time. However they worked quietly, and addressed the issue and fixed it in a timely manner.
